When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password (or magic link access) that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Plan").
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PrintMargin and its licensors. The data you input into the logbook remains your property.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall PrintMargin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
